STC8051 series,which is produced by STC MCU Limited, is a 8-bit single-chip microcontroller with a fully compatible instruction set with industrial-standard 80C51 series microcontroller. There is 64K bytes flash memory embeded for appliaction program, which is shared with In-System-Programming code.In-System- Programming (ISP) and In-Application-Programming (IAP) support the users to upgrade the program and data in system. ISP allows the user to download new code without removing the microcontroller from the actual end product;IAP means that the device can write non-valatile data in Flash memory while the application program is running. They are new generation 8051 microcontrollers with wide voltage/high speed / high reliability / low power consumption / strong antistatic / strong anti-interference, and is super encrypted. The instruction codes are fully compatible with traditional 8051.
STC89/90 series is a 8-bit single-chip microcontroller with a fully compatible instruction set with industrial-standard 8051 series microcontroller. There is 64K bytes flash memory embeded for appliaction program, which is shared with In-System-Programming code. There are 1280 bytes or 512 bytes on-chip RAM embedded that provides requirement from wide field application. The user can configure the device to run in 12 clocks per machine cycle, and to get the same performance just as he uses another standard 80C51 device that is provided by other vendor, or 6 clocks per machine cycle to achieve twice performance. It integrates a MAX810 — specialized reset circuit.

STC10/11/12 series are a single-chip microcontroller based on a high performance 1T architecture 80C51 CPU, which is produced by STC MCU Limited. With the enhanced kernel,STC10/11/12 series execute instructions in 1~6 clock cycles (about 6~7 times the rate of a standard 8051 device), and have an fully compatible instruction set with industrial-standard 80C51 series microcontroller . In-System-Programming (ISP) and In-ApplicationProgramming (IAP) support the users to upgrade the program and data in system. STC15 series MCU is a single-chip microcontroller based on a high performance 1T architecture 8051 CPU, which is produced by STC MCU Limited. It is a new generation of 8051 MCU of high speed, high stability, low power consumption and super strong anti-disturbance. Besides, STC15 series MCU is a MCU of super advanced encryption, because it adopts the eighth generation of STC encryption technology. With the enhanced kernel, STC15 series MCU is faster than a traditional 8051 in executing instructions (about 8~12 times the rate of a traditional 8051 MCU), and has a fully compatible instruction set with traditional 8051 series microcontroller. External expensive crystal can be removed by being integrated internal high-precise R/C clock(f0.3%) and wide frenquency adjustable between 5MHz and 35MHz. External reset curcuit also can be removed by being integrated internal highly reliable one with 8 levels optional threshold voltage of reset. The STC15 series MCU retains all features of the traditional 8051. In addition, it has CCP/PCA/PWM, A/D Converter(300 thousand times per sec.), UARTs and a high-speed synchronous serial peripheral interface----SPI. STC15 series MCU is usually used in communications which need for serveral UARTs or electrical control or some occasion with strong disturbance。
